Objectives:
To increase number of leads and pipelines generated from Marketing Campaign for IBM Hardware & Software product
Finding the new potential prospect company who can be potential opportunity for IBM Product
Challenge:
Tech Data is IBM Official Distributor in Indonesia who had challenges when working with other agency to create demand and produce leads for IBM Product. They can’t find the right targeted company regarding to existing database. This causes they can’t convert more leads into pipeline sales.
Strategy & Execution:
Fokus came up with a strategy focusing on Install-based IBM combining with new potential database. Analyze and profiling the data are one of the key point we did here.
Created new eDM communication (Introduction/Promo) provided by Tech Data and using Fokus Marketing Automation tools to personalize blast the message and provide the engagement dashboard.
We explored customer needs by digging through their pain point via Tele-sales call. In this process, we offered IBM Product & promotion.
With technology-equipped, we have Recording System to support and provide real Report & Track Record to produce the best quality of Leads thru BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline).
